This policy describes information processed by the Hourly DSA app and website, operated by Caleb Lee.

Information we process

When you sign in with Apple, we receive an account identifier and the name and email address Apple provides, which may be a private relay email. We store practice answers, correctness, timestamps, and learning progress to provide practice history, reviews, and streaks.

The app stores learning preferences and widget information on your device. Notification permissions are controlled through your device settings.

Apple processes purchases. Adapty manages subscription status and purchase restoration, using your app account identifier, subscription events, and technical device and app information. We do not receive your full payment card details.

How information is used

We use information to operate accounts, personalize practice, maintain progress, provide paid features, troubleshoot problems, and respond to support requests. Convex provides authentication and backend storage; Apple and Adapty provide sign-in or subscription services. These providers process information needed to deliver their services.

This landing page does not include advertising, analytics scripts, or tracking cookies. Its hosting provider may process IP addresses and browser information to deliver and secure the website. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you share.

Retention and your choices

We retain account and practice information while needed to provide the service, and may retain limited information for legal obligations or to resolve disputes. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Subscription cancellation is managed separately through Apple. You can control notifications in iOS Settings.

Service providers may process information outside your country. We may update this policy as the service changes and will update the effective date above.
